Leica Noctilux-M 75mm f/1.25 ASPH. Lens
Leica has announced the new Leica Noctilux-M 75mm f/1.25 ASPH. bright portrait lens for M mount cameras, such as the Leica M10. The lens will be available from the beginning of 2018, and can also be used with the Leica SL with an adapter. According to Leica, it has redefined "Depth of Focus" and is already "set to become a legend in its own right".
The lens features nine elements in six groups, with two aspherical elements, and a floating focus element ensures high levels of performance throughout the focusing range. There are 11 rounded aperture blades for smooth bokeh, and the lens has a close focus distance of 85cm. There is an integrated, lockable lens hood, and the lens weighs 1055g.
